Independencia Apartaments - Presentation
Inaugurated in the summer of 2007, this complex has 12 apartments with the services and the comfort of a regular hotel; at the same time, customers enjoy the amenities of a fully furnished apartment.

We had gone for a leisure trip to Barcelona and stayed in the Apartment Independencia. It was a newly renovated apartment of a good size and very well maintained. The kitchen had all the amenities – microwave, oven, fridge and all the cooking pans. They had a dishwasher too, but there was no soap or sponge for washing by hand, so you should carry that. Bathroom also had good amenities. The location of the apartment is not central but there are metro stops nearby and a station that connects to the airport. Also, there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby as the street extends to Sagrada familia. I would recommend this place for a getaway.
The location of this apartment is really good as it is just a block away from the Encants metro and walking distance to Sagrada familia and Hospital St. Pau. The apartments are newly built and have 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin. Very clean apartments with a daily maid service which was great! Kitchen is amazing with good fittings. There are grocery stores and markets in the area which makes it convenient. Wi-fi available at 4 euros a day, but it did not work on our floor. Nevertheless, it is a highly recommended place to stay.
We were a group of friends from Germany who stayed at this apartment. It was the perfect location as you could directly reach the airport from the Clot station near the apartment. There were 2 metro stations also nearby. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities. You could also cook in the kitchen as there was fridge and utensils. The TV had a few English channels too. The reception staff was good but the problem was that they were not always available and the staff kept changing. Also, the iron and kettle were missing in the apartment which if available, would be great. Overall, a great place.
