I have stayed at the Derby hotel on 2 previous trips, however, the third trip was a little disappointing. I paid 55 euros per night, so the price was good. However, there was construction work going on across the road. Since my room was directly across the street, the noise from the construction was a big negative. My room was nice and spacious with modern decor, as expected (which is why I was coming back a 3rd time). The bar in the hotel was closed so I had to find one nearby. I definitely would not come back a 4th time.
