Opened in 2002, this superbly situated complex comprises 8 apartments spread over 5 floors. The apartments are centrally situated and just walking distance from the most important places in Barcelona and conveniently located near commercial areas, bars, restaurants, museums, theatres, public transport and Offices of Tourism. BCN Houses also provides wireless internet access for your convenience.

We found our apartment to be very well maintained and most importantly, very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of wine and some fruit as a welcome gift. I felt that was a very warm gesture. The apartment was located in a very central, secure and comfortable area – a definite plus. It was very close to El Born and the Gothic area. The main negative was that the noise from the street made it to the apartment and hence we had to use earplugs to sleep during the night.
