Auto Hogar Hotel - Presentation
The leisure facilities in the vicinity are unbeatable: the traditional area of theatres along the Avenida Paral·lel, Las Ramblas, the beaches, the Gothic quarter, restaurants and the Olympic port, all a short walk away. The hotel houses the historic café/restaurant Café Español, a meeting place in the popular district Paral·lel.

First of all, my criteria for choosing this hotel was primarily because of its location and its reasonable price. The hotel is a minute walk from the Metro. We had taken 2 double rooms , and one of the rooms had a noisy air conditioner. The other room attracted loud noise from the street – traffic, music from cars and even from the adjoining room shower. There are some strip joints near the hotel. Overall, it was a clean hotel with basic amenities. But, I would not recommend this for a peaceful stay.
